Should I let the mud dry first?
For a lightly muddy coat, allowing it to dry before brushing can be easier than spreading wet mud through the curls. This works well for dusty splashes, but not when your dog is soaked, cold or carrying thick mud between the toes.
Cockapoo coats can hold moisture close to the skin. If your dog is wet through, clean and dry them promptly rather than leaving them damp while you wait for the mud to crust over.
How do I clean muddy paws?
